EXCHANGES, RETURNS, & WARRANTIES

We stand behind the products we sell. If a product is found to be defective it may be returned within thirty(30) days of the date of purchase with a copy of the receipt, freight prepaid. It will be replaced or credited provided it has not been abused or misused in any manner.

All rivet guns and pneumatic squeezers, new or remanufactured in our shop, carry a one(1) year parts and labor warranty from the date of purchase. This includes return shipping costs if ever required.

All remanufactured drill motors carry a ninety(90) day parts and labor warranty. This is the same as a manufacturer's warranty for a new tool.

These warranties are not valid for misuse, repair, or alteration outside our shop.

TOOLING

Our Company deals in new and surplus aerospace production quality tooling.

We will not sell a tool that will not perform as designed. Our warranty and refund philosophy reflects that policy.

If an item turns out to be different than what you expected, we will take it back.

All items are sold with the understanding that the user shall determine the suitability of the product for his or her intended use and assumes all risk and liability in connection therewith. Common sense, proper instruction, and various laws require the use of approved safety equipment when working with any type of tool.

By Purchasing products from CLEAR AIR TOOLS, the customer acknowledges the potential risks involved with the use of these products and further agrees to hold harmless, indemnify, protect, and defend CLEAR AIR against any incident or action involving the products purchased from CLEAR AIR TOOLS.
